
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract up to 3 days prior to agreed delivery date and receive a refund on all Standard Garden Buildings or by informing the seller by email within 7 working days (if not delivered) of ordering the goods. Deposits will not be refunded on bespoke Buildings. Garden Buildings that have been installed are subject to a re-stocking fee which includes the cost of delivery, erection, dismantling and return to our depot. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of the return of the product. We will not accept any product for return if it has been modified or customised in any way including being subject to the application of chemicals or paints.
The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately on delivery/installation and shall notify us by email within 72 hours of the delivery if the goods are damaged. If the buyer fails to do so the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept any claims for damages after 72 hours.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, we will supply/replace any necessary parts to complete your agreed initial purchase. We require photographic evidence of any complaints or defects. The customer shall afford the seller an opportunity to inspect the goods within a reasonable time following delivery if the customer believes the goods are defective in any way. For defective goods our liability is limited to either repairing or replacing the goods.
