Classic Brown Chalets
Our Classic Brown Garden Chalets exterior cladding is made using a Pressure Treated Planed Rebated Weatherboard - Shiplap - 18mm finished thickness, a slower growing timber imported from Scandinavia/Northern Europe. This weatherboard has a smooth finish and the boards slot together as opposed to overlapping each other. In addition to pressure treatment our Classic Brown Chalets include one coat of Protek Wood Treatment. Hot dipped Galvanised Nails are used on the exterior.
As standard our Classic Brown Garden Chalets come with a 1ft Roof Overhang, Mineral Felt roof up to size 10'x 8' (larger sizes come with a Torch on Felt Roof and is optional on smaller sizes), Felt Lined Walls (breathable membrane) and a Single Door (approx. 28” wide) with Galvanized Tee Hinges and Pad-bolt and 2 Windows on the Front Gable. Window Panes feature toughened (safety) glass. Our Wooden Chalets can be modified in a number of ways however including; upgrades to an Inward Opening Door with Keylock, Half Doors, PVC Double Glazed Opening Windows, Larger Windows, Box Profile Steel Roof and more.

Classic Brown Garden Chalet - Specifications
OSB 3 (Oriented Strand Board) is used on floor and roof. This product is used extensively by the construction industry and is certified by Irish Board of Agrement.
Mineral Felt Roof, Polyester Based - up to size 10' x 8' (Torch Felt Roof on larger sizes).
12” Roof Overhang on front gable.
Single Door on Gable (approximately 28” wide) standard.
2 Windows: 14” x 24” Perspex on 6’ front gable.
2 Windows: 18” x 24” Toughened Glass on 8’ front gable.
Galvanised Tee Hinges, Pad Bolt & Turn Buttons.
Hot Dipped Galvanised Nails are used on the exterior.
Sidewalls: 1.8m high [6’ approximately].

Our Wooden Chalet prices are inclusive of Vat, delivery and installation on a prepared level site within our normal delivery area (see map).
SITE PREPARATION: Plan for base preparation will be forwarded after placement of order or if required the base can be prepared by our erectors using an alternative method. Ring for details of number of blocks required and cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to have a level site with adequate access.
