At our sister company CelticLogs we produce Premium Kiln Dried Hardwoods (predominately a mix of Ash and Beech) and Seasoned Softwood.
Our Kiln Dried Hardwood Logs have a guaranteed avg. MC of < 20% (typically 15%) and our Air-Dried Softwood Logs have a guaranteed avg. MC of < 25% (typically 20%), both are certified by the Wood Fuel Quality Assurance Scheme.
The low moisture content our Firewood ensure that it gives intense heat, burns longer and minimises residue on glass fronted stoves and flues. Simply put when you buy dry Firewood you get more heat for your money!
All of our timber is sourced from FSC sustainably managed Irish forests with full product traceability. In addition, the low moisture content our Firewood Logs results in fewer emissions when burned making it even more environmentally friendly.
All of our Firewood products comply with the regulations outlined in the Air Pollution Act 1987 (Solid Fuels) Regulations 2022 (S.I. No. 529 of 2022). Our EPA Solid Fuel registration number is F0085-01 CelticLogs Limited.
We offer FREE Nationwide Delivery - Same Day Dispatch Available Mon - Fri for orders placed before 11am. Our Bulk Bags of Hardwood are also available for collection from our yard in Mountbellew, Co. Galway. CelticLogs firewood is guaranteed to keep you warm in even the coldest of Irish winters!
