Terms and Conditions

Goods will remain the property of O’Brien Timber Products Ltd. until paid for in full.
10% Deposit payable with order [Non Refundable]. Balance payable immediately on delivery.
Site / Base for shed must be prepared by Customer as per our specification – Diagram and instructions supplied.

Additional fee will be charged to rectify base if not prepared to specification or alternatively shed to be stored by customer and a call back fee will apply.
Adequate access is required – Check if not sure.
Delivery and erection same day only.

Our Erectors will carry shed maximum of 50 metres.
If unable to accept delivery on previously agreed date, we must be notified before 10am on the day before delivery or by 10am on Friday for Monday delivery.
